Mastering Gmail: A Step-by-Step Guide on How to Create Email Groups

Step 1: Access Google Contacts
Open your Gmail account.
In the upper-right corner, click on “Google Apps” (the grid icon), then select “Contacts.”
Step 2: Select Contacts for the Group
In Google Contacts, check the boxes next to the contacts you want to include in the group.
If you want to select all contacts, click the checkbox at the top left.
Step 3: Create a New Group
After selecting contacts, click on the “Labels” icon (it looks like a tag).
Select “Create label” from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Name Your Group
In the pop-up window, enter a name for your group.
